Service Description

This service provides the homeowners, business owners, or property owners certified documentation that all EPA/OSHA guidelines are followed during improvement or installation projects. Pro-Inspect is a certified (EPA RRP) Lead Safe Renovator, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 service provider. Includes workplace hazards analysis (job-site visit) and pre-construction sign off (job-site visit). This service is a on the job-site service in which we observe and inspect your job-site for safety hazards, OSHA compliance and EPA compliance. We will provide documentations and photos that required guidelines are being followed or not being followed by employees or hired contractors. Our reports are for our clients eyes and use only. Stay informed so you can make educated and necessary decision to protect yourself and your investment or simply peace of mind. Contractors- A low cost way to ensure employees are following the required guidelines set forth by EPA and OSHA when you can not be present, we help you stay informed. Homeowners- A low cost service to ensure that those you hired are following safety guidelines and health guidelines to protect you, your family and property (lead safe practices and safety hazards). We help you stay protected.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of booked appointments. If 24 hours is not given we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee.
