Service Description

Add this on to your home inspection report and save money. Must be added on prior to or during home inspection. Perfect for those that just want mold sampling and lab results without a full inspection. Used when client already visually sees or smells the mold and wants a professional sampling taken to identify mold species. type of sampling depends or visual or smell. Visual sampling can be swab, tape or bulk, with the most common being tape or swab. Smell would be Air-o-Cell air sampling with Zefron air sampler.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of booked appointments. If 24 hours is not given we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee.
